Cake flavor options: White Velvet, Yellow, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Marble, Carrot Cake, Peanut butter, Banana, Lemon, Tiramasu & Sponge Cake. (Don’t see what you’re looking for?? Ask me about a flavor, and I can accommodate you.)
Filling options: Buttercream, Fresh Fruit, Preserves, Chocolate/Vanilla Mousse, Cheesecake, Cookie Dough, and Peanut Butter Cream. (You can even add some bacon if you like….it goes great with Peanut Butter.)
I only use Marshmallow Fondant for fondant cakes, because even though it is more difficult to work with, the taste is superior to rolled fondant. It is also freshly made from scratch and to order.

Awesome baking – I did a few cakes but I’m not in retail baking, so it’s cool – do events from time to time – I’ll post – though don’t what cake taste like – not a fondant fan but the rose’s you made are beautiful.
